Dr. Alexis Parcells is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Manhattan and New Jersey, celebrated for her modern, patient-centered approach to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She has built a reputation as a trusted voice in women’s health and beauty, frequently featured in leading publications and across social media for her expert perspective on plastic surgery and skincare.
Dr. Parcells specializes in procedures that restore confidence and harmony, including breast lifts, reductions, reconstructions, implant revisions, mommy makeovers, liposuction, upper eyelid lifts, labiaplasty, and tummy tucks. Beyond her cosmetic work, she is deeply committed to helping women heal after breast cancer through advanced reconstructive techniques. As a mother and entrepreneur, Dr. Parcells brings authenticity and relatability to every patient experience. She is the founder of SUNNIE Skincare, a clean, medical-grade skincare line, and creator of the ScarSmooth™ System, her signature post-surgical scar regimen. At Parcells Plastic Surgery, her all-female team is dedicated to combining education, empathy, and excellence.
A Jersey Shore native and mother of three, Dr. Christina Pasick is proud to offer advanced, compassionate plastic surgery care right in her hometown. After completing her plastic surgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Dr. Pasick brings innovative techniques and artistry to patients at the Jersey Shore. Her practice focuses on breast and body procedures, including:

A native of Jersey City, Dr. Kavita Kapadia is a board-eligible plastic surgeon specializing in facial plastic surgery. With deep New Jersey roots and training across the globe, she delivers world-class expertise with a personal, patient-centered touch.
Dr. Kapadia earned degrees from Yale University and SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine before completing her plastic surgery training at Rutgers University. She further refined her skills through an international fellowship, training with leading experts in the UK, Shanghai, Korea, India, and Beverly Hills. Her global experience shapes her perspective on diverse beauty standards, ethnic nuances, and advanced surgical techniques. She specializes in deep-plane facelifts, necklifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
Her practice is guided by a philosophy of empowerment. Dr. Kapadia views the face as a reflection of identity and is dedicated to helping patients feel confident, authentic, and unstoppable. Her approach blends meticulous precision with artistic sensibility to achieve natural, harmonious results that honor each patient’s individuality.

I come to Parcells Plastic Surgery with 7 years of plastic surgery experience, the last 3 years as a nurse practitioner assisting in the operating room and providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ramapo College of New Jersey and I am a board certified medical-surgical nurse, family nurse practitioner, and a certified plastic surgical nurse (CPSN). My favorite part of this specialty is the transformations that occur right before my eyes, whether it be in the operating room or in the office, with non-surgical treatments. Seeing patient’s reactions is what it’s all about!”

As a registered nurse who recently relocated to New York City, I’m currently furthering my education at Columbia University to become a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining Dr. Parcells’ office, I worked in the Level 4 NICU at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, a role I absolutely loved and still miss. However, I’ve always had a deep passion for plastic surgery, and I knew this was the right path for me. I’m excited to be in a place where I can collaborate with patients to help them achieve the results that bring them joy and hopefully make a meaningful impact! From the moment I met Dr. Parcells and the team, I knew I had found the right fit. There’s an energy and warmth here that’s truly inspiring, and every day brings new learning experiences that I’m so grateful for!
